A long time ago I used to read a comic you made, City of Reality. I wanted to read it again but it seems to be gone and hours of searching tell me there's no archive of it online anywhere. Please, if you still have the comic saved anywhere it would mean more than the world if I could read it and experience it again.

It'd be cool if the archives ever came back.

I'm VERY hopeful that you'll upload City of Reality soon. I am in the habit of dealing with depressed individuals. As in, clinical depression. As in, needing useful links to provide them to cheer them up and motivate them (because medication is not always available to them, so I do what I can). I used to link them to City of Reality, because it is just so... hopeful. So wonderful. I hope that you will soon have CoR back up so I can once again share its hopeful message with people who have been needing it.

(And please know that you have indeed helped a lot of people who badly needed it, with your comic :) )

Ah, roger that! Sorry I just saw this message, so I'm sorry for the lateness. That gives me much more reason to try to get it back up, if it does help others. And sorry again for the delay!

Well I was just thinking about CoR today because of the Dragons' society suddenly decided to intrude into my train of thought. I'm excited to see it come back if the wheels get rolling.

I hope it does pop back up, it was a great comic!  You did some really creative things with the storytelling format, and the characters were heartfelt.  You're one of those rare artists who makes "transformation" themed content with genuine skill and substance.

You have to do what's right for you, but I want you to know I greatly enjoyed the comic. The time and effort you put into it were appreciated greatly, and it kept managing to put some spring in my step.  Regardless of what happens next, thanks for everything.

City of Reality was legitimately one of the coolest things that I've seen online. I really feel like tit was trying to have a message of some kind, something significant or important to say, maybe about how we all should just get along, and it feels like there's something deep to it. I would be sad not to see your vision unfold!

You could also try doing what Erfworld has done, and drop to text medium part of the time.

Ian, at very least, I'd like to be able to play that little CYOA game that was part of one chapter in CoR.
Maybe even different versions of it someday over on www.kdingo.net/champ/pics/main…

Huh, well that's a bummer but it explains a few things. Good to hear you've recovered it now (and are less tired with it) though.

Very excited to hear things are in the works. Even if you decide down the line not to continue the comic, there was enough there that just reading through the archive was enjoyable enough and I think it wrapped up well.

To be totally honest, I'm just a fan of your art in general, I think it's got a style and pizzazz that is rarely seen.  I would read any comic you decided to put out!

Interesting tale you've spun here. To be fair City of Reality wasn't exactly my thing most of the time. It didn't have the zest that other comics like EGS and The Wotch had, well with one exception. The Witch arc... that was a fun, gloriously animated time with lots of fun 'bad ends' that could be had. Other than that, I'll have to admit that CoR never really grabbed or gripped me in any way to read through it in its entirety. And it's not even that it didn't have enough transformations or etc, because I've read plenty of other comics where there aren't both comedies and serious dramas/dark whatever ones, it just... I dunno, something about it was off-putting, maybe it was the little alien bug dude thing, maybe it was something else, it just never had that edge to it to me, but that's just my humble opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

Your art is amazing, and I loved the work you put in when you took over The Wotch (even if that seems dead now too, doomed to die as Cheer did, sadly) but still.
